Plain answers about how this works. Still unsure? Call (352) 320-0306
Questions people ask
Does Ocala Appliance Pros repair my appliance?
No. We are a free referral service. We connect you with an independent local appliance repair technician. The technician quotes, does the repair and is responsible for the work.
Is the call free?
Yes. You never pay us. You only pay the technician for work you agree to.
How fast can someone come out?
It depends on the day, the appliance and where you are. Same-day or next-day is sometimes possible but not guaranteed. The technician will give you an honest arrival window.
Is there a charge for the technician to come out?
Most technicians charge a service call or diagnostic fee, and many credit it toward the repair. Ask the price on the phone before they come.
Who are the technicians?
Independent appliance repair technicians and small local businesses who serve Ocala and the surrounding area. They are not our employees.
Are the technicians licensed?
Florida does not have a state license for appliance repair. Local business tax receipts and insurance are separate; ask the technician directly. Refrigerant work requires EPA Section 608 certification.
Do you work on all brands?
Technicians we connect you with commonly work on major brands like Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Maytag and KitchenAid. Some high-end brands need a specialist.
Is my appliance under warranty?
If it's under a manufacturer or home warranty, call that company first. Outside repairs may void coverage.
How do you make money?
Technicians or partners may pay for referrals. That never adds a fee for you, and you're never obligated to hire anyone.
Do you service The Villages?
We can try. The Villages is mostly in Sumter County, with parts in Lake and Marion. Availability depends on technicians serving that area.

Ocala Appliance Pros is a free referral service. We do not perform appliance repairs. Calls and requests are passed to independent, third-party appliance repair technicians who set their own prices, do the work, and are solely responsible for it. Florida does not issue a state appliance repair license; ask any technician about their insurance, local business tax receipt, warranty on parts and labor, and EPA 608 certification for refrigerant work.
