Questions people ask
Why are my ice cubes tiny or hollow?
Usually low water flow: a clogged filter, low water pressure or a weak inlet valve.
Is a separate ice machine different?
Yes. Undercounter ice machines are their own appliance. Not every tech works on them, so mention it when you call.

Ocala Appliance Pros is a free referral service. We do not perform appliance repairs. Calls and requests are passed to independent, third-party appliance repair technicians who set their own prices, do the work, and are solely responsible for it. Florida does not issue a state appliance repair license; ask any technician about their insurance, local business tax receipt, warranty on parts and labor, and EPA 608 certification for refrigerant work.
